- A scientist, in my opinion, must have a special way of thinking: he must be able to structure information. The scientific approach in the work of a scientist is based on a logical sequence of actions: the formation of hypotheses, the development of a research methodology, the processing of the results of scientific experiments, the identification of patterns in these facts, and, finally, the confirmation or refutation of the initial hypotheses. At the same time, a scientist cannot do without a critical mindset and a creative approach.
What scientific professions will be in demand in the future?
– Today there are prototypes of the scientific professions of the future. For example, bioethicists. They decide what is acceptable for scientists to do as part of their research and what is not. Thus, the world community on bioethics forbade scientists to clone a person. Most likely, in the near future, such specialists will decide whether it is possible to grow human organs. Probably the emergence of the specialty of a bioengineer who takes human cells, grows any organ, which replaces a diseased organ.

An individual approach is much more effective than a general one. Another specialty of the future is IT-medicine. He will program medical robots. Scientists will introduce them into the patient’s body, carry out various manipulations and bring them back. This is what surgery looks like in the near future. Also, I think, architects of medical equipment and specialists who are engaged in molecular medicine will be in demand.
